Chamber Marketplace
Seller and Marketplace Terms
Only active Lifetime, Premier and Prime members may offer products or services through the Chamber Marketplace. Sellers must complete Stripe verification before accepting payments.
Seller Responsibility
Each seller is responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful products, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, returns, warranties, licenses and regulatory compliance. Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading or unlawful products and services may not be listed.
Chamber Commission
The Chamber retains 10% of the product or service subtotal for each completed transaction. Taxes and shipping are excluded from the commission calculation. Stripe processing, Connect and tax fees may also apply.
Taxes
Stripe Tax calculates applicable tax based on configured registrations, the buyer location and the product tax category. Sellers must provide accurate tax classifications and cooperate with tax registration, reporting and filing requirements. The Chamber may require additional information or suspend sales when tax configuration is incomplete.
Shipping and Fulfillment
A flat $6.99 shipping charge applies to physical product orders. The seller is responsible for packaging, shipping, tracking, delivery problems and carrier claims. Services do not include shipping.
Refunds and Disputes
Sellers must clearly communicate fulfillment and refund expectations. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks may reduce seller proceeds or create a balance owed. The Chamber may pause products, payouts or store access while a dispute is reviewed.
Marketplace Administration
The Chamber may review, correct, hide or remove listings that violate these terms or create legal, financial, customer or reputation risk. Marketplace access ends when the eligible membership becomes inactive.
