Privacy Policy

The People’s Chamber of Commerce collects information you provide when joining, creating a member profile, requesting a referral, registering for an event, submitting a listing, leaving a review, making a payment or subscribing to communications.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate memberships, publish approved business information, process payments, provide directory and referral services, administer Chamber Credits, send requested communications, improve the website and protect the Chamber and its members.

Public and Private Information

Approved business profile information may be displayed publicly. Account credentials, payment details, private contact submissions and administrative records are not displayed publicly. Stripe processes payment information and Resend processes Chamber email delivery.

Your Choices

You may edit your profile, unsubscribe from newsletters, change cookie preferences or contact the Chamber to request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Certain records may be retained when required for legal, financial, security or operational purposes.
