Welcome to The People’s Chamber of Commerce! Thank you for becoming part of a community dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, professionals, and community leaders. By joining The People’s Chamber of Commerce, you agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions.
Membership is open to businesses, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, independent professionals, community organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and individuals who support the mission of The People’s Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership when necessary to protect the integrity of the organization.
Benefits may include networking opportunities, business referrals, educational workshops, marketing opportunities, member pricing on Chamber products and services, event discounts, advertising opportunities, access to grants, sponsorships and funding resources, a Member Directory listing, and community engagement opportunities. Benefits may change as new programs and services are introduced.
Membership dues are payable according to the membership level selected. Unless otherwise stated, membership dues are non refundable, benefits begin after payment is received, and remain active while membership is in good standing.
If you enroll in automatic renewal, your membership will automatically renew using your selected payment method unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time.
Members agree to conduct business honestly and professionally, treat fellow members with respect, maintain accurate membership information, comply with applicable laws, respect the Chamber’s Code of Conduct, and represent themselves truthfully.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Chamber or its members may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Members may choose to participate in the online Member Directory and are responsible for keeping their information accurate. The Chamber may edit listings for formatting, spelling, or clarity.
Members participating in Chamber events agree to follow event policies, treat attendees respectfully, follow staff instructions, and respect venue rules. The Chamber may remove attendees whose behavior disrupts an event.
Payments are processed through secure third party providers. Members agree to pay all applicable membership dues, event fees, sponsorship fees, and service charges.
All Chamber logos, trademarks, publications, educational materials, graphics, videos, and website content remain the property of The People’s Chamber of Commerce unless otherwise stated.
The People’s Chamber of Commerce provides networking opportunities, educational resources, referrals, and information intended to support member success. We do not guarantee business growth, revenue, grants, sponsorships, contracts, referrals, funding approvals, or specific business outcomes. Members remain responsible for their own business decisions.
Member information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing purposes.
The People’s Chamber of Commerce may update membership benefits, programs, pricing, or policies as the organization grows. Significant changes will be communicated when appropriate.
Membership may end at the member’s request, for non payment, for violations of these Terms, or for conduct detrimental to the Chamber or its members. Termination does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
The People’s Chamber of Commerce exists to help businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and community leaders build meaningful relationships, discover new opportunities, and grow together. While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we promise to work every day to create an environment where collaboration, education, and opportunity thrive.
