My name is Arecia Hester, also recognized as “Ace” and I am the founder of Taking First, LLC, also known as Taking First Personal Development Coaching.
I seek to inspire deep growth—whether on a personal level or in a professional journey for Black Indigenous Women of Color and friends of our community—my expertise as a Certified Transformational Life Coach is the catalyst for meaningful change. My core values are:

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, I have served as a visionary manager for various workplace teams. Building on to my commitment to community, I am also a member of the Soroptimist International, Los Angeles. Strengthening the lives of young girls and women everywhere will continue to inspire me and my work.
